Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All labels, tags, and protective coverings intact
  • Include original invoice or packing slip
  • Return authorization number (RMA) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts that have been installed
  • Special order or custom parts
  • Opened fluids, chemicals, or aerosols
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without defect. Defective parts are exempt from this fee.

How to Return

Request RMA Number

Contact customer service at 7282057721 or email sales@cyvine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Package the Item

Securely package the part in its original box with all included materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return

Ship to the address provided with your RMA. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty Information

Standard Warranty

All parts carry a minimum 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Extended Coverage

  • OEM Parts: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 3-5 years)
  • CAPA Certified: Lifetime warranty on structural components
  • Premium Aftermarket: 2-year warranty
  • Economy Line: 1-year warranty

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, part number, and description of the issue. Photos may be required. We will provide replacement parts or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Improper storage damage
  • Modifications or alterations

Wrong Part Shipped

If we shipped the wrong part, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct part at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item.
