In-Stock Items
Orders received before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders after 3:00 PM ship the next business day.
Special Order Items
Parts not in stock typically arrive at our warehouse within 2-5 business days. We will notify you when your order ships.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your shipment in real-time through your account dashboard.

Packaging & Handling
All parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:

- β All boxes sealed and labeled with handling instructions
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect Upon Delivery
Always inspect packages before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Report Damage Immediately
Contact us within 24 hours if you discover concealed damage. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier.
